NITTA Tool Changers contain spring designed to make cams operate to chuck each adopters in case the air is blocked by accidental causes ( Fail safe mechanism ). Cause of this mechanism ATCs won't fall down with normal use. But in
unexpected situation as mentioned at right side, there is a possibility that tool adopters fall down. The Fall Prevent System is optional tool designed for prevent unexpected fall down before it happens.
Modules of Favorable Omega 4 as Nitta Tool Changer can be applied to Gyrochange. Omega 4 can be replaced by Gyrochange without tool side big change in the current process which is using Omega 4.
